Recognized for its vibrant Emerald waters, Laguna Beach’s Emerald bay was founded in 1929. The beautiful seaside community consists of custom homes with a variety of architectural styles that are ideal for both families and those who crave peace and serenity.

Private Beach: Emerald Bay features a private beach which is open to residents only and spans a ½ mile of beach. During the Summer season it is staffed by a lifeguard and there is a vast array of activities that take place throughout the year for residents.

Community Center: The Community Center includes 6 tennis courts, a swimming pool complex, fire rings, picnic tables, beach lockers, volleyball courts, basketball courts, a playground, 24 hour guard gate and security patrol. There is also a fire station within the community.

Resident Activities: Emerald Bay hosts year round activities for all ages including: Concerts in the Park, Exercise Classes, Summer Camp and Kid’s Classes, and more.
